This high quality photo magazine is a look at Nashville, Indiana.
Nashville, Indiana Portraits of an Arts Village The streets of Nashville, Indiana are like many colorful names and faces that I have been lucky enough to meet and photograph over the years. I have found that trying to capture it all is impossible and to focus on smaller things.
In the early 1900's, impressionist painters were drawn to Nashville and Brown County and created an Art Colony. Today, artists thrive in what is often referred to as an Arts Village. In this tradition, I add my images to this unique Southern Indiana town.
Nashville is a working community of artists and craftsman. Always in motion, local arts and crafts spill out of the quaint shops and studios that line the streets and dot the hillsides of Brown County.

This high quality photo magazine is an inspiring look at New York City. These images were born over the course of two days in New York City, twenty miles of walking, and several subways. I’ve been in orbit around New York City my whole life. Shortly after I was born in Detroit we moved to Irvington, then upstate, a few years in New Jersey, and finally New Haven as an architect. Manhattan was my father’s home and now my daughter’s. While I have many distant memories of adventure and exploration, photography allows me to share my passion for this great American City.
